Porterhouse Records to Release X\'s Punk Classic Wild Gift on 180 Vinyl

Reissue label Porterhouse Records recently announced Prime Vinyl, a new division dedicated to the best sounding format. The first Prime Vinyl release will be the X punk classic Wild Gift out of print on vinyl for more than 15 years.

The release was mastered from the original analog tapes and pressed on 180 gram vinyl at Rainbo, which has greatly upped its quality over the past year or so.

The reissue will include accurate reproductions of the original Slash artwork and lyric sheet. Band members are overseeing this reissue as well as Under the Big Black Sun and More Fun in The New World, scheduled for spring 2010 release.
